I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room we got stunk with cigarettes, but the bed was comfortable, and it was spacious enough and clean. However, there was a note to remind guests to close the door properly.

The staff went above and beyond to help my cousin with an issue she had with her luggage's key. However, the dining experience was below my expectations, especially with the scrambled eggs. Despite this, the facilities were on point, making my stay enjoyable overall.
